London PAFTAs (Paediatric Awards for Training Achievements)

The Paediatric Awards for Training Achievements (PAFTAs) are an annual award organised by the RCPCH, with nominations and winners in each deanery in a number of areas. 

 

We are delighted to share the winners of the London School of Paediatrics PAFTAs for 2018-19:

 

Best Educational Supervisor: Dr Kausik Banerjee, Paediatric Consultant, Queen’s Hospital

 

Best Senior Trainee: Dr Mary Boullier, ST8, St George’s Hospital

 

Best Junior Trainee: Dr Nisha Patel, ST3, King’s College Hospital

 

Best Allied Contribution to Paediatrics: Beverley Hicks, Senior Occupational Therapist, St Mary’s Hospital

 

Best Training Unit: Paediatric Emergency Department, Royal London Hospital

 

The awards were announced and presented at the London School of Paediatrics conference.
