- This project has been running for 7 years and matches all new ST1s to an ST4+ during their first year in paediatric training to facilitate peer mentoring, at the same Trust where possible
- We also provide mentors for ST3s and ST4s who are embarking upon their first registrar job, and aim to match according to special interest where possible
- Mentors are provided with online mentoring training, Top 10 Tips, monthly advice emails and a certificate for their portfolios
