A NOTE ON ADVERTISING & SPONSORSHIP

All sponsorships need to be approved by the LSP chairs. This is to ensure any conflicts of interest are preempted and that any organisation the LSP is affiliated with aligns with our mission statement. This includes charitable organisations.

Any funding received from these organisations needs to be declared to the treasurer as well as the chairs. This is to keep track of LSPs finances and ensure the legitimacy and transparency of these donations.

Please see our financial constitution here: LSP Financial Constitution
