- This project focuses on celebrating successes and learning from excellence in the workplace. It aims to share the positive initiatives taking place at different Trusts, and encourage the recognition of the amazing things our colleagues do every day.

- We are currently in the process of putting together a ‘Positivity Pack’ resource to enable ideas to be shared easily, and are hoping to create a ‘Positivity Roadshow’.
