This is a project looking at:
1) Understanding from the 2019 cohort, why people left training.
2) Implement a pathway to ensure trainees who are planning to leave training:
a) Have an exit interview with a TPD - ensuring this is a new but friendly face i.e. a TPD not from
b) Have a follow up meeting 6 months later - regardless if they stay or leave
3) Set up a section on the LSP website: ‘Thinking of Leaving Tab’ with the exit pathway outlined and highlighting where to go for support
