A yearly virtual evening has been running since 2020 to help to provide a guide through LTFT training from application, to rostering and pay, what LTFT training entails and information about how LTFT training is arranged and how to make it work for trainees, training, trusts and how to mitigate the challenges this brings. Experienced LTFT trainees from all categories share their experiences, Training Programme Management provides an update, BMA LTFT reps provide information about rights, rostering and pay, followed by Q&A time facilitated by Programme Directors, BMA LTFT representatives and current LTFT trainees.
