LME evening 16th April – Quality improvement for All!

Join the faculty of LSP QI Change Champions for an evening of enlightenment about Quality Improvement methods, measurements and merriment!

Whether you are a novice, just starting out on a project, or a pro with some wisdom to share please come along and bring your ideas, queries and challenges to the group.

Learning over both evenings will include:

  • Setting an aim
  • Baseline measures and data
  • The model for improvement
  • Sustainability of change

We would love to see you at both sessions but if you can only make one that’s better than none!
