Thinking Together – exploring new ways of working

This joint learning programme is part of the National ‘Enhancing Generalist Skills’ programme. It is for GP, paediatric, IMT and psychiatry trainees.

Aims:

  • Improve cross-professional understanding of decision making and approaches
  • Consider social determinants of health and their impact
  • Improve communication between teams and enhance the patient journey
  • Improve person-centred, humanistic care
