Children and child health services have been impacted by the current COVID-19 pandemic on many levels.
Join us on Tuesday February 16th, 2021 as we take you through a journey of how child health and its provision has been affected, from the perspective of patients, primary care physicians, secondary care physicians and policy makers. We will look at lessons learnt and changes in models of care during this pandemic, which will shape how we deliver paediatric care in the future. Finally, we will hear about cutting edge research in paediatric SARS-CoV2.
The day is structured into three parts:
1) Paediatric care national overview
2) At the frontline for children and families
3) Delivery of care across services
Hear from national and international experts, including: Dr. Mike Linney (RCPCH), Prof. Rae Yeung (Sick Kids Hospital, Toronto), Prof. Calum Semple (Alder Hey Hospital, Liverpool), and Mr. Simon Kenney (National Clinical Director, Children and Young People), as well as children, young people, and their families.
Discounted places for RSM members, students, and trainees.
