Paediatric Emergency Medicine Clinical Fellow Posts with Education/Simulation, Research or QI component at UCLH

Applications are invited for candidates experienced in Emergency Medicine or Acute Paediatrics. For an opportunity to consolidate Paediatric Emergency Medicine competencies and pursue an area of interest, which may include one of the following:


  • Education and Simulation – Broad based practical training in education and simulation. The opportunity to complete a Postgraduate certificate (PgCert) in medical education at University College London.


  • Research – Opportunities to pursue research include evaluation of digital interventions, artificial intelligence in emergency medicine (UCLH-Turing partnership), health services research, clinical trials, novel therapeutics and diagnostics.


  • Quality Improvement – Opportunity to develop and complete a project with expertise and ground support of the quality improvement team.


The post holder will be allocated 60% of their working time to clinical duties in Paediatric Emergency Medicine and 40% to establish skills and achieve outcomes in an area of special interest.


This role is supported across both the Emergency and Paediatric divisions.
