IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION FOR ALL TRAINEES & TRAINERS TO READ
Earlier this year the LSP Connected Subgroup embarked upon the….
ONE SCHOOL PROJECT
AIM: Ensuring all trainees have equal access to resources, learning opportunities and career development across London.
After consulting with trainees and TPDs, we have made a comprehensive communication document with the aims to:
- CLARIFY and define the roles of the various organisations involved with paediatric training in London
- SUMMARISE the roles of our various communication platforms including guidance on how to use them
- ADVISE trainees, TPDs and those on the trainee committee on who to contact and when for various queries
CHECK IT OUT HERE: https://tinyurl.com/LSPcommsSOP
As it is a lengthy document I would like to draw your attention to all the information we have popped onto the website:
- CONTACT US: Understanding who to contact
- WHO TO CONTACT & HOW?
- SUBSCRIBE TO OUR PLATFORMS
OUR SOCIAL MEDIA CODE OF CONDUCT:
https://londonpaediatrics.co.uk/trainees-committee/code-of-conduct/
Digital wellbeing: We understand that you may not want access to every platform but in order to be as fair as possible and reach as many trainees/trainers as we can, we have to keep multiple communications channels! We have created a communications SOP with some clear guidance for each platform including its aims & objectives, how to access & share information, a code of conduct and some personal tips on maximising privacy and minimising overload.
Disclaimer: Communication in the 21st century is ever evolving! While we aim to keep all platforms up-to-date, some information may be inaccurate. If you discover any disparities with our guidance compared to your own experience or if you have any questions, please do contact us on lspconnected1@gmail.com
Best wishes,
