NEW OOPE- Clinical Fellow with complex Safeguarding and Gender Interest (UCLH & GOSH)
We are looking for a dynamic paediatric trainee who would like to develop an interest in Child Safeguarding and work in the new CYP Gender Service in London.
The clinical fellow post begins in March 2025 for 12 months.
OOPE is required for this post.
UCLH and GOSH are in an unique position and able to support a senior clinical fellow in complex safeguarding as it provides several services which support and management children and young people with complex issues. The post will also work in the new CYP gender service in London. It is expected to have a 50:50 spilt between gender work and complex safeguarding.
This is an exciting opportunity for the post holder to gain invaluable experience in complex safeguarding at UCLH and GOSH:
• Gender Identify Service (GIDS)
• Non recent sexual abuse (The Lighthouse)
• FGM
• Genitourinary clinic
• FII/Perplexing presentations
• Multiple safeguarding MDTs & the high intensity user clinic
