On this course you will develop your skills as a clinical teacher whilst also considering how you can make changes to teaching culture in your own department to benefit everyone! Using QI methodologies you will be given the tools to bring Lightning Learning to your department. Through becoming a Lightning Learning Leader you will be joining a community who are enthusiastic about improving education for paediatric doctors.
