Kickstart the new year for LME on October 2nd – Medico-legal training for all trainees!

Do you feel comfortable navigating medico-legal issues such as consent, capacity & safeguarding that arise on the ward and in A&E? Would you feel confident preparing a statement and appearing in court? If not, would you know where to seek advice and support?

We have invited healthcare partner Joanne O’Sullivan and colleagues from Kennedys Law firm to train you in the fundamentals and give you that confidence as you progress through your paediatric training.

With extensive experience in the private & public sectors, Joanne was formerly Deputy Head of Legal Services at The Royal Free London NHS Trust, one of the largest in the UK. She lectures frequently to both undergraduate & graduate students at University College London & University College Dublin, as well as for the RCPCH.

Join us for specialist training in the principles of medical law that will help you throughout your career!
